Back in 2020 my boyfriends mom explained to me how much she loved zucchini bread. Me being me lol I decided to make her some. To my surprise she loved it & so did my family. Everyone kept saying how it was the best Zucchini bread they ever had. Am I proud of the title?!? Absolutely, but I don't like that everyone wants me to make zucchini bread now! 😂

I took it upon myself to make it again & to write it down for all who would love to enjoy this family favorite recipe. If you decide to make it tag me in your post! I would love to see all of your creations. Hope you love it just as much as we do! 💚

Niya's Famous Zucchini Bread Recipe


(Dry Ingredients)

  •   3 cups of all purpose flower.

  •   1 teaspoon of Salt.

  •   I teaspoon of baking soda.

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

  • I tablespoon of ground cinnamon.

  • 2 & 1/4 cups of white sugar.


  • 3 eggs.

  •   1 cup veglable oil.

  •   3 teaspoons of Vanilla extract.

(Additional) Topping

  •   2 cups of chopped grated zucchini

  •   2 cups of chopped walnut.

  • Brown sugar

  • butter


1. Grease & Flour 2: 8x4in bread Pans       -Preheat the oven to 325 F.

2.Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon together in a bowl.

  • Add in your wet ingredients & combine well.

  • Stir in zucchini & 1 cup of nuts until well combined.

  • Pour mixture into the bread pans you prepped.

  1. Bake for 40-60mins. or until testing

  2. While that bakes begin cooking your topping.

  3. In a saucepan combine butter, mik, & walnuts. Simmer on Medium heat.

  4. Once caramel mixture lightly bubbles round the perimeter of pan, add the walnuts.

  5. Simmer on Med/Low heat for 3-5 min.

  6. Add the topping on top of your bread half way through the baking time.

  7. Once finished baking. Allow to cool for 10-20min.

  8. Optional- Lightly sift confectioners sugar on top of your loafs. Then Eat!
